Skill sets and short courses

Our skill sets and short courses help you build targeted, practical skills quickly so you can upskill, change careers, or grow in your current role.

Skill sets are nationally recognised training made up of one or more units of competency linked to industry needs. Upon completion, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the units you complete. In some cases, this may give you credit towards another qualification, depending on the qualification structure.

Meet Dakota

I chose to undertake training with UOW College because I wanted to further educate myself. Eventually, I want to become a registered nurse, so this is a good opening pathway to that. Dakota Certificate IV in Ageing Support
