Writing Reading and Listening

The listening, reading and writing tests will start at 9 am sharp. Please be seated before 8:50 am as there is no late entry permitted. Your speaking test will be between 12.30 pm and 5 pm, taking up to 20 minutes, also in building 30. Please arrive in the Building 30 foyer 20 minutes before your scheduled speaking test time and wait for your name to be called. It may be necessary to change your speaking test time on the day, so we appreciate your flexibility and apologise in advance for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your allocated time.

How do I get to Wollongong?

Wollongong is one hour and 30 minutes’ drive from Sydney central. Free parking is available at the University on the weekend. The closest railway station is North Wollongong, a 30 minute walk from the College. On Saturday, the free Gong shuttle bus runs from North Wollongong station to the University and Wollongong city centre every 20 minutes from 8 am.

Where can I buy food?

There will be complimentary tea and coffee available at the test centre, but please have breakfast before you arrive. Espresso Warriors around the corner in Building 21 is open from 9 am for lunch. There are many other food options available on campus during session.
