Enrolment & Orientation Steps

Step 1: Accept or defer your offer

Step 2: Check your course's orientation date and attend

Don’t forget, orientation is compulsory. If you can’t come, you need to contact us.

Step 3: Check you have the below documentation and bring it along to orientation.

Required Documentation

Domestic Students

Offer letter

This is the letter you received from UOW by email advising you have been accepted into the course.

Proof of Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

This may include one of the below documents:

  • Birth certificate
  • Australian passport
  • Australian citizenship papers

If a name change has occurred you also need to bring papers relating to the change of name must be provided.

All documents need to be certified as per the UOW Certification Requirements or you must provide an original copy of the aforementioned documents.

Unfortunately unless you bring one of the above documents with you we cant enrol you as a student at UOW College.

Tax File Number

If you apply for FEE-HELP you also need to provide your tax file number so that you can enrol.

Failure to provide your tax file number by the session census date will result in cancellation of your application for FEE-HELP and you will be required to pay your course fees by other means.


International Students

Offer letter

This is the letter you received from UOW by email advising you have been accepted into the course.

Passport

If you are coming to the Wollongong campus it might be a good idea to check the campus map to see where your building and the closest car park is.
